What does a visit with me look like?

Meeting with me doesn’t feel like a typical doctor’s appointment. Our first visit is a full hour to talk—really talk—about your diagnosis, your treatments, your side effects, and most importantly, your goals.

You’ll leave with clear, personalized recommendations to help you feel more confident in your care. We often begin with nutrition, especially if you’ve felt confused or unsure about what to eat. My job is to clear the noise and help you feel at home in your kitchen again.

We’ll also talk about how your diagnosis is affecting your mental and emotional wellbeing. This is a space to share whatever is on your mind. In fact, did you know that feeling more connected during stressful times may actually support your immune system?

Once we’ve outlined a plan, I’ll communicate directly with your oncology team so that everyone is on the same page, working together to support you.

A visit with me should leave you feeling calmer, clearer, and more supported.

Tianna Kolody is a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) who supports women and families in building personalized nutrition and lifestyle habits for long-term health. She blends evidence-informed strategies with practical and compassionate guidance to support metabolic health, hormone balance, and energy. Tianna supports her clients with actionable and attainable nutrition guidance as well as provides recipes and meal plans on a individualized basis. With a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Teaching, Tianna brings both scientific literacy and an educator’s approach—translating complex concepts into informed, sustainable choices to help you reach your nutrition and health goals.
