Join me, Amy Fowler Intuitive Energy Healer on June 20 at 12pm noon pacific time on Zoom for a collective energy healing session. These sessions are a combination of channelled guided meditation, intuitive energy healing and Reiki. I channel Spirit Guides that lead the healing and provide messages specific for the group.

Feeling extra blessed today with all the birthday wishes! Thank you for everyone that called, text and posted. I am truly grateful to have all of you beautiful souls in my life. I had a lovely quiet day at home with my loves after a beautiful trip last week and I could truly feel all the love sent my way.

Motivation is temporary, staying consistent is key.
When you keep consistent at things that matter to you, you won’t need to rely on motivation.
Over time your consistency will help you build lifelong habits and help you get the outcome you desire.
Consistency will help you ride through the tough days and on your good days when you are motivated you will be able to achieve so much more.
