Embrace the full Buck Moon ❤️

We love a good moon ritual and full moons do not disappoint! ✨

Full Moons are great for releasing all that no longer serves you. Once you can shed the unwanted energy you are carrying you will begin to feel lighter, have more clarity and create the space to bring in new and positive energy into your life!

What you need:

Card deck of your choice ( we love to use Moonology Oracle by Yasmin Boland)

Full Moon meditation for releasing

Sound bath meditation for healing

Paper and pen for writing intentions

Palo Santo incense for burning

White candle for burning

Here is what we do for our transforming Full Moon rituals:

We start the night by doing a card pull for each other using our Moonolgy Oracle deck. Really feeling into the energy of the participants involved and asking the moon what advice the person needs to know for the last half of the moon cycle. Then we do a meditation (using Insight Timer) relating to the moon and releasing. A lot of the time we also include a sound bath meditation for an added vibrational tune up. Afterwards we all write a letter to ourselves of things that no longer serve us that we want to release. This could include stuck emotions, physical alignments, mental fog or any other negative vibration that is not for our highest good.

In the final step we go outside, read our letters one at a time ( if sharing is something you feel called to do) and burn them under the moon; lighting each one with a white candle. White candles represent balance, cleansing, healing, purity and truth.

TIP: “the day before or the day of the full moon I really like to take a hot bath with lavender and camomile epsom salts while listening to high vibrational music followed by a meditation in the bath to balance my chakras!”
