Our clinic will be taking a short holiday break and will not be accepting new appointments from December 24, 2025, to January 4, 2026. Previously scheduled appointments on December 29 and 30 will still be taking place as planned.

✉️ We’ll still be checking messages and emails during the holiday break and will respond as needed.

Year-end orthotics reminder 🗓️

If you’re using 2025 insurance benefits for custom foot orthotics, here are the key dates:
• Dec 10 — regular order deadline
• Dec 13 — rush orders deadline ($55 + HST per pair)
• Nov 15–Dec 31 — modifications will be completed in Jan 2026

Most plans renew Jan 1 - please check your plan for coverage amounts, claim deadlines, and eligibility.

Assessments are performed by a Chiropodist/Podiatrist. Orthotics are prescribed only when clinically indicated. Coverage varies; reimbursement isn’t guaranteed.
