With the internet blowing up about whether or not Tylonol is ok for pregnant mothers, I just wanted to remind people that there ARE alternative treatments available for pain relief. Osteopathy, Massage Therapy and Acupuncture can help with many pains and problems that pregnant mothers may experience, and in many cases quite effective too! It can help make the pregnancy during much more comfortable.

Took notice of my RMT certificate today to realize this month marks 18 years that I have been practicing massage and manual therapy here in the Orangeville area! Where does the time go?! I know what your thinking...I was practically a baby when I started practicing. So grateful to have found a career that I love!

Forgot 2100 I already treat lots of people like Anna! If you don't want this fate but must work remotely have a good ergonomic set up, move often, be active, and get good manual therapy like osteopathy can help keep you in better alignment and working order.

It's been a busy time of year! Born December 12 at home, Osteopath MP Stacey Ayres and her family are delighted to welcome their new baby girl Dolores Rosa Eileen. She was a healthy 8lbs 2oz and mom and baby are doing well.

Stacey will be taking some time off to be with baby and returning by March at our new location at Headwaters Racquet Club. More details on that to come!
