Happy New Year! As we welcome 2026, many of us use it as the perfect opportunity to set resolutions and create healthier habits. What if a resolution could also help decrease your risk of dementia?

Good news! A New Year's resolution to be more active can aid in reducing your risk! Regular exercise helps reduce risk factors associated with dementia, including high blood pressure and cholesterol, by over 50%.
