NEW! We are excited to announce the arrival of our new Ultra Soft Warm Buddies. Many children experience stress, anxiety and trouble sleeping and these little guys are the perfect source of comfort for your child. They have a weights heat pack that can go in the microwave to get warm and keep your little one warm and cozy on cold nights. These are Canadian Made and come in 3 sizes. We have many cute options in store!

Registration is open for our 5 and 6 week yoga programs for kids! Everyone is welcome to join. Small class sizes in an inclusive safe space. Go to www.inclusive perspectives.ca. Click book on the top right hand side of the page. Select the date, Monday Jan 19 or Wednesday January 21 and click ABC yoga. This will allow you to register and pay for all classes in this session. Mondays 1-5 year olds at 10am $80+tax (5 classes) and Wednesdays 6-12 year olds 6pm $95+tax (6 classes)

Online booking is LIVE again

Our new FIXED hours of operation will take effect the Week of January 18th. Thank you to everyone while I’ve been navigating work life/home life/new business. Weekly hours of operation will be posted every Monday until the 18th and our booking system will be up to date after tomorrow for online booking. I appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing everyone with more predictable hours moving forward to serve the community better

Morning everyone! Just wanted to thank everyone for being patient the past few weeks while I’ve been figuring out the logistics of everything. But we will have FIXED hours of operation from January 18th moving forward! This is great news as you won’t have to look every week to see when we are and are not open for business. Our Sundays will be on a bi weekly basis. Closed on January 18th and open Sunday January 25th and will continue to alternate moving forward, but our hours Monday, Wednesday,Thursday and Saturdays will remain the same every week! Our booking systems will be updated shortly to reflect this! We look forward to seeing you all! Drops ins always welcome but to avoid disappointment it’s best to always book online as we like to keep our capacity low so that no one is overstimulated and everyone can enjoy the space.
