X-rays are mainly used to look at your bones and joints, although they're sometimes used to detect problems affecting soft tissue.

Whenever Chiropractors complete an assessment we decide whether an x-ray would help us figure out what is causing your complaint!

This healthy hot chocolate is a favorite during the holiday season!

Ingredients:

1 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan over medium-high heat, and stir using a whisk. Keep stirring until smooth and piping hot.

Pour into mug and enjoy!
