Hi Everyone!

I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe! I’m just letting everyone know that we are still here to help you with any problems or concerns you may have. You can message us here through Facebook, call us on the phone (519 942 2322) or email us at tingrins@hotmail.ca.

Just to give everyone an update on why we are closed....
All healthcare providers other than medical doctors and nurses have been ordered to shut their doors to conserve the amount of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that is available for evaluation and treatment of patients that may have COVID-19 and to help limit physical contact to reduce the spread of the virus. We cannot order any supplies because they are being diverted to front line health care workers. Until the government feels that there are sufficient supplies for us to see patients again, all dentists must shut their doors other than for emergencies. Emergencies can only be seen, if the doctor has a full complement of PPE equipment that includes gloves, masks, eye protection, face shields, and disposable gowns.

There are emergency dental centres that are open across Ontario. These dentists already had sufficient stock of PPE to remain open, and the government has helped them to continue to stay open to deal with emergencies only. If there is something that must be seen, you can refer to this list, call the doctor in question and proceed based on their instructions.
