This is the introductory level of Reiki training focused on self-healing & understanding the fundamental principles of Reiki. It is open to anyone interested in learning about Reiki & does not require prior experience or knowledge. This course is only taught by a certified Reiki Master.

In this hands-on program, you will:
• Learn the history of Reiki & foundational principles;
• Learn how to utilize universal life force energy for self care, self- healing & healing others;
• Practice Reiki hand positions for healing self & others;
• Learn How to use Reiki to promote personal well-being;
• Give & receive a full Reiki treatment;
• Experience a beautiful attunement meditation / graduation
• Develop a greater awareness of your own energy & the energy of others;
• Take away stress reducing & managing tools;
• Receive a Certificate, upon completion
• If you choose to become a Reiki Practitioner, you can begin your business upon completion of this class.

WORKSHOP / MEDITATION: CHAKRA BALANCING with ESSENTIAL OILS (1-3pm)

I'm thrilled to bring you this class ... coming up Sun. Aug 10th (1-3 pm) - $20 pp. I have been offering Chakra Balancing one-on-one as a personal service at the clinic with profound results, and now I'm bringing it into a workshop/meditation group format.

Your chakras are the energy centres of your body, responsible for vitalizing your physicality & developing self-awareness. They hold all of our stories that we have experienced since we were little. We carry them around with us until we release them. If you’re off, your chakras are off. If you're stressed, your chakras are off. If you're injured, your chakras are off. See the pattern?

If you have never balanced your chakras before, most people need 3-6 sessions of balancing to set you on your way...happy, balanced and ready for the world.

This workshop will teach you:
• the chakra basics & how to tap into them;
• how to balance your chakras;
• which essential oils & energy techniques to utilize;

Maria McGugan Massage Therapy Clinic is expanding! We are now called Orangeville Wellness Clinic and we will move from 28 Mill St. to 14 Mill St. in Orangeville on June 1st, 2019.
