Repetitive thoughts can feel like a broken record in your mind - same worries, same “what ifs,” different day. The goal isn’t to force them away, but to change how you relate to them. Noticing patterns, grounding your body, and gently redirecting attention can loosen their grip. With practice, thoughts become background noise instead of the main event.

If repetitive thoughts are taking over your days, you don’t have to handle it alone. Reach out to us to start therapy.. .we’re here 💙

Hi, I’m Victoria 💙 I strive to create a safe, client-centered space where you feel truly heard and supported. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, tailoring therapy to your needs using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, Narrative, and Solution-Focused work.
I help individuals and couples build confidence, resilience, and practical tools for everyday life - all through virtual sessions that meet you where you are.

When I'm not in session, you can find me doing pilates, walking my dog or binging a Netflix reality TV show!

Gentle reminder for the new year: You are not a constant self-improvement project.
You are allowed to grow without fixing every part of yourself. As the new year begins, consider gentle affirmations to guide you forward: I am allowed to rest. Progress doesn’t have to be perfect. I can hold hope and uncertainty at the same time.

If bettering your mental health or making steps towards self-healing is a goal of yours this year, please connect with us! Our therapists are available and ready to support your next chapter 💙

Negative thoughts can feel automatic and convincing. Cognitive reframing is a therapeutic skill that helps you slow down, examine these thoughts, and challenge them rather than accepting them as facts. It involves identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and intentionally exploring more balanced, realistic perspectives. With practice and support, reframing can reduce emotional distress and increase self-compassion 💙

If you’re finding this difficult to do on your own, support is available!

Friday Check-In: As the week winds down, take a moment to notice what’s showing up for you — emotionally, physically, and mentally.

Are there patterns from the week that need your attention? Any boundaries you maintained (or wish you had)? Before heading into the weekend, pause to reflect on what you need more of, what you need less of, and what support might be helpful.
Awareness is the first step toward meaningful change. 💙

Worry has a way of convincing us that everything is ours to carry.
But not every fear belongs on our shoulders. Some things are within our control - our habits, our choices, our boundaries. And some things simply aren’t; he reactions of others, the past, the unpredictable parts of life.

Learning the difference doesn’t mean ignoring your feelings. It means giving your energy to what you can influence, and offering yourself compassion for what you can’t.

This is where clarity, peace, and real growth begin.
What’s one thing you’re choosing to let go of today? 🤍
