So many of us live outside of ourselves never fully present.
How do you find inner peace when there's only been turmoil? Find self love when there has only been rejection? Find your worth when you have lived with feelings of unworthiness?  Of not being seen.
It can feel almost impossible to find a sense of self when trauma has laid the blueprint of your life. 
But it is possible to find self love, self worth and a sense of purpose.  To live from the heart.
A wise man once told me "the heart knows the way home, it knows the truth of who you came here to be".

It has always been my goal to help clients embrace their darkness,  and in doing so find healing, balance and peace.  There is so much beauty in our dark places. Balancing both the dark and the light allows us to live our dreams and our passions.

My life has come full circle, and I'm back where I grew up.  I stepped away from my practice for a period of time to readjust to the many changes in my life. But now I'm back and will be offering services.

All services are offered remotely or in person (in person in my area only).  All my offerings are geared to the individual person. Each session has the same core base but I tailor the session to meet your specific needs.

I am offering the following

     This is deep work healing

Acceptance

I was writing in my journal early this morning reflecting on the past year.  Thinking about what I really learned.  And I heard Acceptance.

Acceptance that I make mistakes and it's ok.  Acceptance I am not perfect and it is ok.  Acceptance it's ok to not have it all figured out. Acceptance that it's okay to change your mind and then change it again.  Acceptance that life happens and falls into place if we just get out of the way.

It's been a tough year of accepting and allowing.  But once I did both control no longer existed and this was freeing.  Life still has it's waves, but I found freedom in allowing them.  Once I realized that not having it all figured out was okay, magic happened.  Life becomes a series of endless possibilities.
