To be honest, i am a bit awkward with these sorts of things. I believe that all my fellow Naturopaths are the best and that Orillia is blessed with some of the most amazing practitioners I’ve ever met. I feel truly grateful to be a part of such a beautiful community of dedicated, caring healers. That being said, I still wanted to share this because I know that to win these two awards means that several people out there took the time to support me and my clinic/team and that means so much to me 🤍 This was a year where I did not feel my best and was hard on myself as a naturopath and mother trying to get by through all the phases of pregnancy. Getting this recognition for the last year and right when I am in the bittersweet place of starting back at work after 2 short months with babe was really heartwarming and encouraging so thank you so much to each of you 🙏🏼 I am honoured to work with you all and love every second of it, so as my seven year old would say “LETS GOOOO!!” 🙌🏼😅 😎

This event will be led with ecstatic dance to the musical creation of Hannah LB with an intention of helping you to honour and balance your chakras. Let the music guide you through a journey of the 7 main Chakra energy centres, releasing energy that no longer serves you and heightening the vibration of each of these centres of the body. Following the dance we have a Crystal sound bowl healing journey led by Samantha Rose.

I am a q***r, neurodivergent therapist, and I bring a unique combination of biology-based and intuitive practices to my work. I am drawn to the deep work of psychotherapy, that goes beyond just listening and coping skills, into the root of issues to resolve them. I support people who are struggling in their relationships, who want to not just manage, but understand and resolve their feelings, and those who want more fulfillment out of life.
