Mental health matters just as much as physical health—and it starts with connection. 💙

This National Child & Youth Mental Health Day, we’re reminded that the smallest moments can mean the most. A conversation, a laugh, a quiet “I care about you”—these are the things that help kids and youth feel seen, heard, and supported.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Just showing up is enough.

And when extra support is needed, our counselling team at Miller Health is here to help—providing a safe, supportive space for children, youth, and families to feel heard, build coping skills, and navigate challenges together. Reach out to find out more!
