Each class this week offers space to move, breathe, and reconnect — whether you’re cultivating strength, stillness, or simple presence.

An afternoon to rest deeply and soften the mind’s ripples through gentle movement, restorative postures, breath, and guided meditation. An opportunity to return to the calm beneath the waves.
