If you know, you know. I had the pleasure of vacationing last week in the Western Caribbean with some dear friends. It was relaxing, entertaining, comedic, and a gastronomical feast. However, since I have come home, I've been under the weather, and I apologize for those whose appointments have had to be rescheduled due to my illness. Helo, friends, family, colleagues, everyone. Shannon Armstrong is my daughter, and Rachel Armstrong is my daughter-in-law. I wouldn't ask for help if they truly didn't need it.
