Training is only part of the equation, what you eat will determine your results just as much.

One of the most important habits you can build for strength, energy, and recovery is simple:

👉 Include a source of protein at each meal.

Protein is essential because it helps you:
✨ Build and maintain lean muscle
✨ Recover better from workouts
✨ Stay fuller longer (less snacking, better appetite control)
✨ Support long-term health (bones, immune system, and more)

This is one of the first nutrition habits we focus on, because it makes a real difference.

Think in structure:
🥚 Make protein the base of your meal
🥗 Build your plate around it
🥤 Use a shake when needed to help meet your daily needs

It doesn’t need to be complicated, but it does need to be consistent.
