Laurie's Touch Health and Wellness Consultant devoted to helping you find balance in your life. Where do I begin. I have always been drawn to the healing arts.

Ever since I was a child I had a sense about people and their struggles. Most of my life has been about learning more about the human condition and the connection we have with ourselves and others. I see people as complex wholistic beings that require nourishment of the mind body and soul. When I was a child I could feel cold and hot spots on people. This made me curious. I began mediation at the

age of 14 and discovered yoga at 19. I entered nursing school which satisfied my mental desire to learn about humanity from a medical, psychological and social perspective. I continued to feed this desire to understand more about how we as humans function. Not long after Nursing school I obtained my My Reiki Master/Practitioner status. I continued my pursuits of knowing more about myself and understanding the body-mind connection through 740hrs of yoga schooling over 10 years. I obtained my Integrative Energy Therapy (IET) Master Certification this year. What I offer is an opportunity to to teach others how to connect with themselves through:
- The wisdom of yoga
- The power of breath and developing healthy breathing practices
- Human connection of touch Sith the therapeutic benefit of Reiki or IET
- A unique experience to build and develop tools for self care and healing
