Graduating from Algonquin College’s Massage Therapy program in 2021, Milaine specializes in sports injury, rehabilitation, and prevention, pregnancy massage, and is certified in cupping therapy. As an active individual, she focuses on a thorough orthopaedic assessment with her patients to develop unique and specialized treatment plans according to their needs.

Meet our newest pelvic health physiotherapist in Orléans, Helen Youssef!!

She has worked with a variety of conditions in cardiorespiratory, neurological, and musculoskeletal environments, and this is where she also began her journey in becoming a pelvic floor physiotherapist.

Helen believes it is important for the patient to be in control of their rehabilitation and to provide them with the support and knowledge they need to meet their rehabilitation goals and return them to what matters to them the most. She is able to treat in English, French and Arabic.
