Want to be healthy?
Eat what a healthy person would eat.
Want to be fit?
Work out like a fit person would work out.
Want to be disciplined?
Do what a disciplined person would do.
It really is that simple.
When in doubt, ask yourself the question…
What would the person I want to become do?
Then do it.
Then do it again.
And again.
Until you eventually become that person.
