I’ve always been the person people turn to for a smile, understanding, and an empathetic ear. My journey began when I asked the Universe, “How can I be of service to your people?” — and it led me through social service, counseling, and ultimately to breathwork. After graduating with honours and working in education and addiction services, I realized my true purpose was to help others release limitation and rediscover joy. Through breathwork, meditation, and transformation coaching, I guide others to heal, grow, and create the life they imagine. Today, I live with purpose and joy — helping others do the same through Imagine Transforming. In my work, I share the tools that helped me rediscover joy and live with intention. 🌸
