Had so much fun doing Kim’s cooking class! 🧑‍🍳

Kim is such a fantastic cook, as well as highly educated about nutrition and health! 💕

I would highly recommend this class, either on your own or with a friend! 🍅

I learned alot about different cooking hacks and how to make meals even tastier and easier! 🥬

What I love about this Before and After photo is how much happier this patient looks! 🥰

It is an excellent example of how Acupuncture helps relieve stress and fatigue, etc, while also treating the face. ☺️
