Join Lucinda TUES 11:30 for her new 60+ YOGA class. This ninety minute class is for our "silver" students who are ages 60 and up, and looking to maintain mobility, stability, balance, and strength in their bodies. Sounds great, yes? No sign up required, use your punch card or bring cash $20 as a drop in fee.
NOTE: minimum 3 months of yoga experience required.

New year new yoga classes!
Wednesdays - Starting January 15, 2025
Morning class 10:00 am - 11:30 pm
Evening class 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
