Hi Leisure House family!
You can now register to our weekly and/ or regular 2 hr workshop sessions.
This program is intended for children or seniors. -Pick up new skills
-Discover a passion for a hobby
-In need of senior companionship?
-Simply looking for some leisure time?
We have adopted the leisure education model in order to nurture our clients with meaningful learning activities that will benefit their overall well-being by servicing workshops sessions, one to one programming, outings and more exciting activities.
Our workshops are suitable for preschoolers, school aged children and older adults. We offer this service at the clients home during their chosen times.

Happy Wednesday everyone! We have been quiet for a while but we are back to business!
This post if for those parents seeking to enrol their children into enrichment programs this summer. We have currently open availability with limited spots for our Mommy’s Helper Program and our Recreation therapy services. We encourage you to reach out for more detailed information and enrolment process if interested. We know how important it is for kids to keep busy during summer break in order to fight boredom but most importantly to learn new skills. Being creative with programs and entertainment is our forte so let us assist you while you get a couple hours to yourself and relax! It’s a wi-win for parents and kids!

Hi Leisure House family. Happy Wednesday! We’ve had to cut down our service list. Unfortunately we will only be providing a couple services and programs for the time being due to personal lifestyle changes.
We’ve chosen our most successful services. We hope that with this changes we can still service you.
NOTE: We are still operating on our normal business hours. 9am-5pm and 7am-7pm for our Mommy’s Helper Program.

Hi parents are you seeking children aid services? Our Mommy’s Helper program is suitable for those busy parents who need extra assistance with their children. We know how important it is for kids to participate in enrichment activities so we dedicated this service in hopes to reinforce their learning process aside from school hours. Our sessions will provide nurturing leisure activities that will benefit both their wellbeing and their developing skills. However, parents can also benefit from this service since it will allow them to have some time apart from their kids and have a break dedicated to themselves.

It’s true! watching fish provides you with a sense of calm and it activates your happiness hormones. Only a few minutes spending with fish along with water sounds as background will improve your mood, lower anxiety and will also provide children a sense of responsibility if you choose to have fish as pet.
That being said Leisure House will be incorporating aquarium outings as a occasional group visits. Discounted tickets will be included in your chosen program plan! So we encourage you to take advantage of this amazing opportunity. The purpose of this outing is to provide a sensory experience that will benefit our clients to disconnect from daily stressors. It is also a great snoozelen therapy option which is beneficial for those who have complex developmental disabilities.
