This powerful somatic practice helps quiet the mind, release stored stress and emotions, and create space for deeper peace, clarity, and joy. Come with an open mind and leave with an open heart🤍

What to expect: deep relaxation, emotional release, stress relief, greater self-love, and a renewed sense of connection.
