Curious about Pilates? Join Tori for a one-time Intro to Pilates class designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and move with confidence. This beginner-friendly mat class focuses on controlled, low-impact movements that support better posture, core stability and overall body awareness.

• Learn foundational Pilates principles like breathing, posture and core engagement
• Slow, intentional movements with clear guidance and modifications for all levels
• Beginner-friendly props such as mats, bands and light apparatus
• Supportive alignment cues to help you move safely and effectively
• Leave feeling balanced, refreshed and more connected to your body

Our December 20th session at 9:00 AM will be paid via a donation to our food, clothing, and toy drive or by participating in our 50/50 raffle - a meaningful way to move your body and give back.
