Are you dealing with aches & pains that don’t seem to go away?
Well your body is talking to you, take a few minutes and listen.
It’s wanting to connect with you and your body also wants to support you.

How do we handle those intense emotions safely? Sometimes it feels so intense and we have no control over it.
Start with breathing slowly, begin gently tapping below your collarbone or on your fingers. This is going to help slow your nervous system down and get back into control of the situation. Focus on your breathing and tapping and give yourself a few minutes to calm down. Start to notice how you are feeling and what the intensity is out of 10, keep focusing on breathing and tapping and check in with yourself. Is your breathing slowing down? Are you feeling calmer? These are clues that your nervous system is starting to regulate. Then introduce an affirmation, “ It’s going to be okay!”
“ I am working on being okay.”
This will help slow down the negative thoughts and help you to support your emotions safely.

Have you taken a deep breath lately?
Are you feeling sore , tired or a heaviness in your body?
Our body holds our feelings and sensations, until we connect to the body and release it.
The breath is a beautiful way to help release whatever we are holding in the body through the breath.

Some days are so challenging!! It can feel like a lot, that go go energy.
It’s okay to have and acknowledge that it was a lot. It’s also important to take some time to rest and reset. We don’t want to stay in that hectic energy, it’s fight or flight.
Go outside, breathe and take some time to reset. You deserve it and your nervous system will thank you!❤️

Are you always on the go? Physically exhausted but don’t know how to slow down or feeling anxious, overwhelmed or stressed most of the time. *Wouldn’t it be nice to change gears and learn how to slow down.
*Learn how to get your foot off gas, so you can safely recharge your battery and not wait until you are physically exhausted or sick.

It’s time for a break, put your phone down and go outside and breathe. This is a great way to reset your mind & body. Stop pushing through and take a break. Your nervous system will thank you 🙏
