Our one-day intensive has 3 main components:
1) We explore a biblical understanding of what it means to be the temple of the Holy Spirit.
2) We look at what informs the decisions we make around health and healthcare, both physical and mental health, and see how our Christian worldview should impact health choices.
3) We provide practical tools to steward our body temples - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

It’s a day that will help equip you to glorify God with your body, and in so doing increase your ministry impact.
