Happy mothers day to all you moms out there. It's not a easy job but it's the biggest adventure I have been on. Every day these little people that I created become their own person, I may not always like that person but i always love them and stand behind them.

Thursday at 6:30pm And Sunday 10am. These classes are a flow style class where we link breath to movement in a creative dance around our mat

If you're interested in joining one of these classes and not part of my yoga group send me a message and I will add you to the group. You can sign up there as space is limited and need to book your spot. Can't wait to see everyone there.
