Literally the best thing you could buy the moment you’re pregnant! Here’s why:

1️⃣ Pregnancy - especially in the 3rd trimester it is much more constable to sit on the ball than a couch or chair. Sitting on the ball helps put you in an optimal position for getting baby head down. Do circles and pelvic tilts to open up your pelvis and loosen things up!

2️⃣ Labour & Birth: Lean over the ball to be on your hands and knees, it is such a comfortable position as you go through the waves of labour because you can move and sway.

3️⃣ Postpartum: Sitting in the ball while holding your baby and gently rocking them can be soothing and comforting.

If you haven’t bought one yet - DO IT! It’s so worth it.

Moms want to be told that they know their baby. They need to be reminded that they can trust their maternal instincts. They need to be told they are the expert of their baby.

Instead of your mat leave being a time of anxiety and worry - let’s make it a time of joy and peace ✨
