Missing Peace Yoga Come and experience the gentle power of yoga through asanas, breathing and relaxation. Why do Yoga? Students may join anytime - session will be pro-rated.

Yoga improves postural alignment, increases strength and flexibilty and offers a sense of peace and calming for the mind and soul. Winter session begins the week of January 10th and runs for 10 weeks. Drop-ins welcome. No prior experience necessary!
