Fresh from the garden, and preserved for winter... Zucchini pickles, with garlic, red onion and jalapeño pepper. The other seasoning s are black pepper, yellow and brown mustard sweds and tumeric .
Such a tasty treat, trying the hot pack method this time for comparison.
Happy days 11 jars full of summer goodness.

Dear , I have a bone to pick with you! I have been singing your praises for a few weeks now , after finally saving enough to buy a new bbq , a want Not a need, with a rotisserie unit. Neither of which were cheap, I chose your brand due to great reviews of quality and customer service.. however I now have a problem with both.. and have yet after 6 days and 3 calls to even speak to a live person, i requested a call backs and nothing .. this is greatly disturbing as I have a very serious issue with your quality.. namely METAL SLIVERS on the skewer part of the rotisserie! One of which was stuck in hand!!How am I supposed to trust you now ? Maybe I should just return the whole lot and choose another brand.. or maybe you could just call me back!!! This was supposed to have been a long and happy relationship... NOT a happy customer.
