🌈 Mindful Monday: Sensory Bin Fun! 🌈
Start the week with a calming, hands-on sensory activity your child will love!

🎉 DIY Rainbow Rice Bin
All you need:
✅ Uncooked rice
✅ Food coloring
✅ Ziplock bags
✅ A splash of vinegar
✅ A tray or bin
✅ Scoops, spoons, and small toys

👉 Mix rice with a few drops of food coloring + vinegar in a bag. Shake it up, spread it out to dry, and you’ve got vibrant, touchable, mixable sensory magic!

Today, on Autism Awareness Day, we take a moment to celebrate the incredible individuals on the autism spectrum and reaffirm our commitment to supporting them in meaningful ways. At Spectrum Learning Centre, our mission goes beyond awareness—we focus on acceptance, understanding, and providing the tools children need to thrive.
We started this journey to create a space where children and their families feel truly seen and supported.
Autism is not a one-size-fits-all experience, and neither is our approach. Every child we work with has their own strengths, challenges, and dreams, and we are honored to be part of their journey.
On this Autism Awareness Day, we encourage everyone to go beyond awareness—take the time to learn, to listen, and to embrace the diverse perspectives and experiences of the autism community. Together, we can build a world that not only understands but truly values neurodiversity.
