Looking for a fun, calming, and enriching March Break experience for your child?

Join us for a Kids Yoga March Break Camp, where children will travel around the world through yoga, movement, mindfulness, games, and creative play!

Each day, campers explore a new destination rom tropical islands to African safaris and even outer space using imaginative yoga stories, animal poses, music, crafts, and relaxation techniques designed especially for kids.

This camp helps children:

Build confidence, balance, and coordination
Learn calming tools for emotions and focus
Express creativity through art and movement
Connect with others in a supportive, non-competitive environment

No yoga experience is needed just curiosity and a sense of adventure!
Ages: 5–12

What to Bring: Yoga mat, snack, water bottle, comfy clothes

The other day was one of those days that reminds me why I do this. The movement, the breath, the laughter but especially the moments after class.

Those extra five minutes where no one rushes out. Where conversations spark, stories are shared, and suddenly there’s a little circle of us just … being human together.

I want you to know how much I genuinely enjoy, learn from, and thrive because of each of you. This community fills my cup more than you’ll ever know. You show up with openness, curiosity, and kindness leaving egos at the door and stepping onto the mat exactly as you are.

Running a small business has its joys (and its challenges), and some things are simply beyond our control. But the people I get to hold space for? That’s the constant. You give me hope in humanity. No judgment. Just presence, connection, and a shared love for growth on and off the mat.

I truly believe I learn just as much from you as you do from me.
Thank you for your patience, your trust, your conversations, and for growing this little community alongside me.

This journey is better because of you. 💫
