Join us for a soulful evening of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. 🌙

🧘‍♀️ We’ll begin with a short, gentle yoga stretch to nurture your well-being, followed by calming pranayama (breathwork) to center the mind.

📖 Next, flow into guided journaling designed to help you release, reflect, and grow.

🧘‍♂️ A soothing meditation and reflection session will help you absorb the insights of your journaling practice.

💬 We’ll close with an optional sharing circle—a chance to connect in community (only if you feel called).
