We’re opening our doors to walk-ins! No need to pre-register!
If you’ve been meaning to check out a class or try one of our therapies, now’s your chance.
Drop ins are open on Monday - Thursday from 7:30 AM–6:30 PM or on Sundays at 9:00 AM.
Let’s make wellness simple again, just walk in, breathe, and begin.
