🌺 Sunday March 8th is International Women’s Day. We cannot let this day pass without a celebration!

Our community is full of kind, supportive and inspiring women. This is part of what makes the studio so special.

From March 6-8 we invite you to post about women within the studio community who inspire you, support you, and tell us why.

This might be a post or story, with a picture or a quote…you decide how you will honour them, lift them up and tell them how they make a difference in your journey. Be sure to tag them, and tag (or invite us to collaborate).

Every post will earn one entry into a draw for a prize, for you AND an entry for the woman you are shouting out.

No limit to the number of entries or tags ‼️

After many years in the gym, never trying out a group fitness class, one day she finally gave in. Since then, there has been no looking back!Teaching and taking classes has brought a joy to her life that she never could have imagined! Kaela is incredibly passionate about exercise being inclusive, enjoyable AND effective! She will remind you to enjoy the space between where you are and where you are going. Kaela is ready to support you on your fitness journey, every step of the way!

Kaela has completed the Oxygen Training and is ready to get started! She is offering a FREE Express Total Body Conditioning class TOMORROW!!!

One short little month. 🔥

While we were running our in-studio Partner Challenge, corporate was also hosting a 21-Day Challenge of their own… and more than 75 members showed up for themselves 21+ times in February.

That’s consistency.
In the shortest month of the year, these incredible humans chose discipline. You chose commitment. You chose yourselves again and again and again.

And here’s the most important part:
Whether you showed up 1 time or 21 times it counts.
Every rep. Every breath. Every decision to walk through that door.
Big wins are built on tiny promises kept.

Have you been noticing these new tanks, bras, leggings and shorts on our instructors and members? Available in sizes XS to XXL, they are comfortable and flattering on all shapes and sizes! 👌🏻

Consensus is that these items fit true to size (yay!!)….with the exception of the jacket which is on the small side for sure 😉
