⭐️A 5 minute set up period is going to be BUILT into each class. 45 minutes classes will now be 50 & 60 mins will now be 65!
⭐️ When booking your classes for next week, you should see the updated start times, add to your calendar to ensure you come on time! Make sure you are here before that scheduled start time to guarantee entry!

Wild Thing (Camatkarasana) ✨

A heart-opening, energizing shape that invites you to take up space, breathe deeper, and trust your body.

This pose builds strength through the shoulders, arms, back and glutes, while opening the chest, hip flexors, and front body. It’s that beautiful balance of effort and expansion grounding down to lift up.

The best part?
You get to choose your intensity. Your backbend can be subtle or expansive. Your hips can hover low, be grounded or lift high. There’s no “right” height just what feels supportive and strong for you today.

Ways to enter:
• Flip your Down Dog into Wild Thing
• From a seated position with Janu Sirsasana legs
• From Seated Tree, pressing into your foundation to lift and open

Allowing yourself to breathe into this expansive shape, playing in the duality of strength & expansion. Choosing what feels best in your body, each time you meet this shape is your most powerful tool.

Our community is made up of a diverse group of incredible people, coming together to meet on our mats for amazing classes. We support each other in a way that is truly special.

Our members are EVERYTHING to us. YOU are integral to what makes our studio so great. We want to highlight our studio family whenever we can! When we share who we are with the world....we need YOU to be part of that!!

All first visits are special and deserve to be celebrated! That’s the OYF North Oshawa way 😉

But today with Denise was extra special because she is ‘s mom!! ❤️

No surprise Denise is a powerhouse just like her daughter 💪🏽 She crushed her first class with us - a super spicy Total Body Conditioning Express 🔥

In addition to getting a great workout, she got to see Jess in action and witness all the love she gets from the members!! 🙌
