✔ Choose fruits, veggies, whole grains & fibre.
✔ Cut back on saturated fats.
✔ Practice portion control & create a healthy plate: ½ veggies, ¼ protein, ¼ whole grains.
✔ Find healthy ways to cope with stress — go for a walk instead of reaching for food.
✔ Work with a registered nutritionist for personalized healthy, effective nutrition programs (meals & supplements).
