Connect2Care Counselling & Psychotherapy Services, located at 342 King Street West, Suite 204, Oshawa, Ontario, is happy to open its doors and provide counselling and psychotherapy services for children, youth, and adults in the Oshawa and Durham area. We are a small but growing therapy space that provides comfort and support using a strength-based, client-centered, and holistic approach so that people feel supported and heard rather than pathologized. We will work with you to discover the best way to support you and will build connections that feel authentic, safe, and nurturing. We recognize and celebrate all gender identities, gender expressions, and sexual orientations, and will maintain open to learning so we can be informed allies who think holistically about creating an inclusive space.

At Connect2Care we currently provide therapy to children, youth, adults, and groups. As the team grows, we will be offering therapy to families and couples. We look forward to meeting you and encourage you to come for a free 30 minute initial visit to see the space and find out if our work together will be a good fit to your needs.
