Strawberry Walnut Parfaits 🍓🥛
Serves 4
1 Serving = 1 Protein (or 1 Dairy), 1 Fruit, 1 Fat
Ingredients:
3 cups Oikos Pro Strawberry Greek Yogurt No Added Sugar, divided (120 calories, 19.5g protein, 6g sugar per ¾ cup)
4 cups strawberries, sliced
2 oz walnuts, unsalted
Directions:
Assemble each parfait by layering 1 cup strawberries, ¾ cup Greek yogurt, and ½ oz walnuts. Store walnuts separately and garnish parfait when ready to eat.
