Alignment baby!! Last night I had the privilege of presenting moon wisdom to a group of women who were ferociously hungry for the knowledge. I never get tired of teaching about the moon, her rhythm and how she moves you.
In a world where the only constant is change there is permanence in truth. There is comfort in structure. Learn it, live it, and let it hold you while you flow season to season, moon to moon.
(Also so fun! My drive to the location was 111 km from my house and then the drive home I arrived at 11:11)

Every year, every month every week, every New Moon, a chance to start anew.
There is an art to the start, and we must remember what gets measured get done.
From seasons, to cycles, to our everyday - there is a start, a wax, a wane and then we do it again!
Don’t be afraid my friends, a start inevitably brings an end, and in-between we tend.
