Some items are going in and out of stock so I thought that I would put together a set of THE MITCHELL FAMILY FAVES.

We use the Rectangular steamer SO OFTEN for microwaving veggies for dinner. Fresh or frozen. Also is great for popcorn. Just cover the bottom with kernels and let them pop!

Garlic Aioli - truth be told I don't make the aioli! Lol. I use it for seasoning ALL. THE. TIME.

Crispy and Crunchy Coating - similar to something that you may be familiar with shaking and also baking. Need a crispy coating? This gets it done. We use on both chicken and tofu in the air fryer!
Comes in a pack of 3.

Mac and Cheese - need a quick meal? Add milk and butter. Bingo bango. Done.

Day 96 of a weight loss challenge that I'm in. Although I hate measuring ingredients, it sure does work. I'm re-learning how much I should be eating. Still need to work on good water intake!

I made these quinoa balls last night for dinner. Sometimes I forget how easy they are to make. I was just about to buy some and thought nah, I can make these myself and save on cost and sodium.

I didn't do exact measurements but I cooked 1/2 cup (from dry) quinoa, fried some shallots, red pepper, frozen kale, frozen butternut squash, frozen peas and various Epicure spices. I mixed everything in the blender with 2 eggs, chia seeds, h**p hearts and bread crumbs.

I formed them into balls and put in the frying pan to get the outside browned and then popped in the toaster oven to finish baking at 375.

*Chefs kiss 😘👌* delicious!

2 eggs, toasted onion, minced garlic, turmeric black pepper blend, orange pepper, spinach and lots of ♥️ on a Demster's spinach tortilla. H**p hearts and other faves sprinkled on top.

What's for lunch? I'm having steamed broccoli, avocado, cucumber, tomato, yellow pepper, kimchi sauerkraut. Topped with tamari, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar, agave syrup, h**p hearts, Chia seeds, Everything Bagel seasoning and Better Than Bacon topper.
