Inner Reflections is a home-based practice that is conveniently located in the Durham Region. There is an art to providing supportive compassionate treatments.

We've had a lifelong passion for learning, especially where the human body is concerned. Hearing what clients need is imperative to providing treatments geared to helping them achieve lifelong health and wellness goals. This is something we do with each and every person we connect with. Helping people is something that resonates within our very beings. When connecting with new clients, Treena conducts a thorough over-the-phone health history interview. Discussing your health history, and your goals for treatment, helps to determine what services to offer. The interview takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. A plan is created that is unique and individualized to reflect your needs and goals. Once agreed upon, treatment can begin. We look forward to playing a role in your journey.

I too use the Dolphins and regular Vagal Nerve Stimulation. I can't sing the praises of these devices enough. Changed how I practice completely.
