Cupping is an ancient art of treating an array of illnesses and used for centuries. Earliest records date back to 3000 years! The effects of cupping are as follows: Promotes relaxation, increases circulation, increases range of motion, decrease in muscle tension, encourages healing and immunity and detoxification, encourages lymph drainage, aids respiratory system to name a few! Issues such as plantar fasciitis, IT friction Syndrome, frozen shoulder, golfer or tennis elbow or carpal tunnel syndrome can be treated along with strains, sprains and so many other things!
