Thank you to the community and Burns Church congregation for your support of our Spring Food Drive for Feed the Need in Durham.
Rising inflation, housing costs and insufficient social supports are driving new levels of poverty and food insecurity.
Between now and 2026 Durham Region's population in projected to grow by 40%. That is faster than the Ontario average.
Feed the Need has seen the number of people accessing their services get higher and higher.
Your support for Feed the Need in Durham is very much needed and appreciated.
