Dr. Theresa Lisk We provide Chiropractic & Acupuncture services to the population. As a Chiropractor, we are trained in treating the nervous system, muscles and joints.

At Dr. Theresa's Health Institute we offer both Chiropractic services and first aid/cpr training. We provide care to ensure your spine and body is functioning optimally. Chiropractors uses a specific and specialized hands on treatment called a Chiropractic Adjustment. The purpose of the adjustment is to remove any nervous interference caused by the mis-alignment, restoring the body’s nervous system to its optimal level and enabling the body to restore its health. The wellness aspect of Chiropractic focuses on the maintenance and restoration of bodily functions (like regular tune ups for you car) thereby minimizing symptoms and optimizing health. Our First Aid & CPR Courses are geared towards Chiropractors, their office staff and other health care professionals. All courses are through the Red Cross and provide a three year certification. 1️⃣ Knees to Chest – Lie on your back, gently hug knees in, hold 20–30 sec. Relieves lower back pressure.
2️⃣ Standing Spinal Decompression – Hold a sturdy surface, hinge at hips, let upper body hang. Creates space between vertebrae.
3️⃣ Cat/Cow Pose – On hands and knees, round (cat) then arch (cow) your back. Improves mobility + eases tension.
