Dr. Theresa Lisk We provide Chiropractic & Acupuncture services to the population. As a Chiropractor, we are trained in treating the nervous system, muscles and joints.

At Dr. Theresa's Health Institute we offer both Chiropractic services and first aid/cpr training. We provide care to ensure your spine and body is functioning optimally. Chiropractors uses a specific and specialized hands on treatment called a Chiropractic Adjustment. The purpose of the adjustment is to remove any nervous interference caused by the mis-alignment, restoring the bodyโ€™s nervous system to its optimal level and enabling the body to restore its health. The wellness aspect of Chiropractic focuses on the maintenance and restoration of bodily functions (like regular tune ups for you car) thereby minimizing symptoms and optimizing health. Our First Aid & CPR Courses are geared towards Chiropractors, their office staff and other health care professionals. All courses are through the Red Cross and provide a three year certification. The glute bridge is a simple but effective exercise that helps strengthen the glutes, support the lower back, and improve overall stability.

How to Perform:
โ€ข Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
โ€ข Keep your arms resting at your sides.
โ€ข Engage your core and squeeze your glutes.
โ€ข Lift your hips toward the ceiling until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
โ€ข Hold for 3โ€“5 seconds, then slowly lower back down.

Reps: 10โ€“15 repetitions
Sets: 2โ€“3 sets

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Avoid arching your lower back, focus on controlled movement and squeezing your glutes at the top.
