Sunshine Valley Chiropractic and Health Centre provides holistic hands-on pain relief through various chiropractic and physiotherapy treatments.

We are thrilled to continue to add practitioners to our clinic, always stay tuned for more services! Dr. Morris (chiropractor), Dr. Cheong (chiropractor) and Jenelle Zapski (physiotherapist) all have a passion for health and wellness and we are thrilled to be helping the residents of the Southern Okanagan. Our focus as a team will be on providing holistic, hands on pain relief through evidence-based, patient-centred care. As health care practitioners we strive to aid individuals in achieving goal-driven optimal health, well-being and function through non-invasive approach’s. Each one of us treats the body as a whole with a focus on physical fitness, movement rehabilitation and personalized goals! What started as a husband-and-wife dream has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined — an incredible team of friends, caregivers, and humans who support one another, grow together, and show up every single day to care for this amazing community. 🫶✨ We are so so grateful for each and every one of you! 💕

• 6:30PM — Christmas Parade down Main Street 🎅✨

The snow is falling, the lights are twinkling, and winter has officially arrived in the South Okanagan! ⛄️✨
With the beauty of the season also comes slippery sidewalks and full driveways — so here are some simple tips to stay safe & keep your body happy this month:
🛷 Snow Shoveling Tips
• Warm up for 5 minutes first (arm circles, gentle squats)
• Keep the shovel close to your body and use your legs
• Push the snow instead of lifting when possible
• Take breaks — your back will thank you! 💪
🥾 Walking on Snow & Ice
• Wear shoes/boots with good tread
• Take smaller, slower steps
• Keep hands out of your pockets for better balance
• Consider ice grips if walking lots outdoors ❄️
