You Can’t Get There From There. 🚫
Look around. The universe is built on dualities. Up and down. Left and right. Sunny days and rainy days.
So why is it that the moment we hit a bad mood, we act like the opposite isn't available anymore?
We stare at the problem, marinate in the funk, and expect a breakthrough. But your focus dictates your future. Whatever has your attention right now is exactly what you’re going to catch up to in the coming days.
Think of it like this: If I’m throwing a party with a strict dress code and you show up with a tie wrapped around your head, my bouncer is rejecting you at the door. You can look over his shoulder and yell, "Hey, it's me! Let me in!" but the answer is still no. You can’t come in like that.
Trying to force a shift while clinging to the very thing that broke your state is doing the exact same thing. You cannot adjust the mood by remaining in the frequency that created it.
You have to pull your focus away. Stop arguing for your limitations and just break the circuit:
Watch an insect crawl across the pavement.
Go clean out a single drawer or your truck.
Move your body. Change your physical state.
Look at the sky and give yourself permission to just dream for five minutes.
It’s a tough pill to swallow, but the entry fee to a better state is leaving the old topic at the door. It is always up to you. You have the permission—now shift the focus.
