Chronic Pain Coaching and Support Foremost, I'm a chronic acute pain sufferer and know how to approach pain with genuine support or a game plan to get you back to life. I'm in the thick of it.

At 23 years of age, I had a serious adverse reaction to a dangerous medication that triggered convulsions which tore my neck and triggered my first intractable pain disorder RSD reflex sympathetic dystrophy full body but properly diagnosed as the Nociplastic pain syndrome as full body RSD doesn't exist like people think. I have a depth of knowledge concerning experience with all types of pain and

how to deal with them to live a better life. I suffer with four pain suicide diseases due to unfortunate incidents. After three years without a proper diagnosis of the pain suicide disease, I attempted my life several times with life altering consequences. The pain suicide diseases live up to their name but in my case only because my physicians were negligent in providing a diagnosis which took 13 and 18 years respectively to get. Complications from the injuries resulted in a cascading effect of branching pain disorders of which I deal with twelve of them consecutively. Adhesive arachnoiditis, RSD, occipital neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia bilaterally, brachial plexopathy, torn sternocleidomastoid neck muscle, and acute abdominal pain disorders, the splenic flexure syndrome, kidney stone proned, and gallbladder - hyperkinesia which is the equivalent of a full gallbladder attack but generally, meaning I feel it all the time like the pain of pancreatic cancer. This is my history to show you what I deal with daily. I lost my ability to walk for nearly a decade but today, I'm active and engage in long distance walks, mountain biking, and various different activities. I was mismanaged and looked at in uncalled for ways for nearly two decades but proved them wrong but not before suffering psychologically at their hands. If only I knew what I was suffering with, it could have been different but God put me on this path for a reason. I am sick quite often, yes. That's the nature of my illnesses. What can or what will you do about it is what matters. I am in the 1% of the top 1% of worst affected pain patients on the planet, so I have learned many valuable lessons. Not only that but I workout daily without excuse, walk twice per day, and do my own chores and work part - time. I have a medical mind like my father which is beneficial to those who want to hire me. You see, I live in a chronic state of not severe pain but acute pain. Let me provide you with sound advice in terms of your sleep, exercise, food, liquid intake, meditation, relaxation, and medication. We now live in a world with fewer reputable and competent physicians. My knowledge plus experience may surpass your usual visit with the doctor for pain purposes. In terms of medication, I cannot recommend but I will discuss as I am not a medical professional. I do have the intelligence to pass medical training but I'm simply too ill.
