I’ve been focusing on mindset a lot lately. .
It’s not about always being positive, but being aware of the difference you can make in your own life by harnessing the thoughts in your mind and the learning to control and calm the “mind chatter” - it certainly helps with stress management and anxiety.
“If you believe you can’t , then you won’t”
- it’s that simple -
But if you believe in yourself, and you’re willing to put in the work you can absolutely change.
There’s nothing wrong with being happy with where you are in life while also contributing to learn and grow as a person.
Change starts within and when you believe you deserve more you will likely receive more.
It’s not selfish to want more for yourself.
*I want more so I have more to give*
I’ve been listening to a lot of self-improvement podcasts lately and I think I’m going to start sharing them along with my main “take aways” from each. Listening to hour long podcasts can be time consuming, but I enjoy going for walks and I always have a podcast on the go while I’m walking to keep me entertained!
I’ve been wanting to do this for a while and I am looking forward to sharing valuable info with you all now that I have more free time 🥰
