👩‍⚕️ The hazards associated with obesity can affect all aspects of the body, including physical health, mental status and quality of life. The following are some of the common hazards that obesity may bring:
1.Cardiovascular disease:
Hypertension: obesity can lead to elevated blood pressure, increasing the burden on the heart, which may lead to hypertension in the long term.
Heart disease: Obesity is a major risk factor for coronary heart disease, heart attack and heart failure.
Stroke: obesity increases the risk of blood clot formation, which in turn may lead to stroke.
2. Diabetes:
Obesity is a major risk factor for type 2 diabetes. Excess fat affects the effectiveness of insulin, leading to uncontrolled blood sugar levels.
3. Joint problems
Knee arthritis: Excess weight increases pressure on the knees, hips and spine, leading to arthritis or exacerbating joint inflammation.
Restricted motor function: Obesity puts a heavier burden on joints and muscles, leading to difficulty or pain in movement.
4. Breathing problems
Sleep Apnea Syndrome: Obesity may lead to blockage of the airways, especially at night, increasing the risk of developing sleep apnea and affecting sleep quality.
Asthma: Obesity may also worsen asthma symptoms.
5. Liver problems
Fatty liver: Obesity is one of the main causes of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
6. Digestive problems
Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Obesity may worsen acid reflux, leading to heartburn in the chest and other indigestion symptoms.
7. Mental health problems
Obesity may trigger depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. Social prejudice and negative evaluations of physical appearance may also lead to emotional distress.
8. Fertility problems
Women: Obesity may lead to irregular menstruation, ovulation disorders and infertility.
Men: Obesity may lower testosterone levels, affecting s***m quality and leading to infertility.
9. Immune system problems
Obesity can damage the immune system, reducing the body's ability to fight infections, making it easier to suffer from various diseases and slower recovery.
10. Shortened life expectancy
Due to the association of obesity with many chronic diseases, studies have shown that obesity may lead to a shorter life span.

Obesity not only lurks a threat to the body, but also quietly erodes our quality of life and inner peace. In order to protect our health and confidence, maintaining an ideal weight is not only a care for the body, but also a gentle nourishment for the soul. Let's cherish ourselves, pursue that most beautiful figure, and embrace our own glory and freedom!
