Bivalent vaccines provide better protection against the most recently circulating COVID-19 variants in Ontario.

It’s important to get your flu shot.
Starting November 1, flu shots will be available through your health care provider, public health unit and in participating pharmacies. Individuals 5+ can safely get a flu shot at the same time or before/after a COVID-19 vaccine.
Seniors and those at higher risk of complications from the flu can get their flu shot from participating health care providers and pharmacies now.
Individuals 65+ may receive a flu vaccine targeted for them. Receiving a flu shot soon is more important than waiting for a type.

Starting today, all adults aged 18+ are eligible to receive the bivalent COVID-19 booster dose, which may offer more targeted protection against the Omicron variants.
Eligible individuals can book an appointment at a recommended interval of six months at:

Starting September 26, Ontario will begin to offer the bivalent COVID-19 vaccine to all Ontarians aged 18+ at an interval of six months.
